2. If this is the first time to this ftp site, click on Request Account
3 Fill in the form. (Shown below)
** The userid should be your two character State abbreviation and
company name (or a logical abbreviation thereof) separated by a dash (e.g
MN-companyname). **
Once all is filled out, click on Save to send the request. The request must then be approved by the site administrator, at
which point an email will be sent to the email address provided.
When you receive this email, go back to the login screen and login with your
userid and password.
4 Type in your PO number in the “Enter PO#” field, then click the folders
icon. Note: It is very important to use your P.O. number to name your new
directory. This will ensure that your art can be quickly identified and
entered into the production process.
5. After clicking on the folders icon from the previous step, your PO# will
be listed in the FileName column of the file manager section
6 Click on the Name of the newly created folder. This brings you inside of
your new folder.
Note that there are no files in your folder yet so the FileName column is
empty.
7 Click the “Browse” button to select the file(s) on your computer that you
would like to upload. To upload more than one file you must select each file
individually using the additional “Browse” buttons (not available in
Firefox)
8 Once you have selected the file(s) to send click the “Upload” button. A
popup status window will open when the upload begins
IMPORTANT: Closing the status window prematurely will cancel your upload and
we will not receive your files!
Once the upload is complete the status window should close automatically –
if it does not simply click on the close button.
When your upload is complete the window should look like this.
9 Make certain all files necessary to print your order have been included.
If you have forgotten a file repeat step 5.
10 Please E-mail your account manager to inform them that your
upload is complete.
If you have art for another PO, you must create another directory.
Return to step 4. Make sure to back out of the previous PO directory first
